How an air curtain works

Creating an air curtain involves the installation of powerful fans that generate an invisible air barrier at a door or opening to efficiently separate two different environments without limiting access by people or vehicles.

You can purchase this type of equipment from a heating, ventilation or air conditioning (HVAC) contractor.

Receive up to $8,750

The building must be heated with natural gas.

The amount of financial assistance is based on the size of the opening where the technology will be used, and may be as much as $8,750

Wait for Enbridge Gaz’s approval

Enbridge Gaz will confirm receipt of the pre-admission application form within 10 working days. Enbridge Gaz will process applications on a first come first served basis and depending on the availability of funds.

Organize the installation of your new appliance

Submit your request for participation

  • the technical specifications for the appliance; and
  • a copy of the confirmation of payment for the appliance (the invoice must have been issued within 12 months prior to the application and must refer to the model of the device installed and contain the date of installation of the device.)
