Pre-admission criteria
- This program is for our residential clients (rate 2) whose central heating is fueled by natural gas.
Steps :
- Pre-admission is mandatory before the infrared thermography study can be done.
- After receiving confirmation of eligibility from Enbridge Gaz Québec, you may proceed with the infrared thermography study.
- You will then need to send the invoice issued by the service provider as well as a copy of the survey to the following address: pgee@enbridge.com
- The cash rebate will be applied to your bill within 30 days after you send the invoice.
