We are doubling* the Quebec government subsidy by providing you with financial assistance tailored to the scale of your projects.
*for example: if you receive $1,000 from the Rénoclimat program, Enbridge Gaz Québec will give you an equivalent amount, that is, $1,000. Certain conditions apply.
Eligibility requirements
- Be a residential customer (rate 2). For rate 1 customers (Business customers), another program exists to support replacing windows and adding insulation to walls and roof.
- Have air heating powered by natural gas.
- Participate in the Québec government’s Rénoclimat program.
- Keep the natural gas air heating system after the renovations.
- If you receive financial assistance for preheating cold water, you must keep a natural gas water heater after the renovations are completed.
- The request must be sent to Enbridge Gaz Québec within 60 days following the receipt of the cheque from the Government of Québec.
- Exceptions: not applicable on the installation of an air exchanger and on the energy evaluation fees.
Steps:
- Take part in the Rénoclimat program and carry out your renovations.
- Receive your cheque from the Government of Quebec.
- Claim your cash incentive from Enbridge Gaz Québec within 60 days following the receipt of the cheque.
