Opting for a smart thermostat helps optimize your energy consumption. A smart thermostat can be controlled remotely using a mobile app related to a Wi-Fi system to enhance your comfort and peace of mind. A smart thermostat adapts to and learns about the home’s occupants’ habits and preferences, enabling it to modulate the heating and air conditioning system operations.
$100 cash incentive
Our customers who buy and install a smart thermostat are eligible for a cash incentive of $100. This program is for our commercial customers whose central heating runs on natural gas and who will be buying and installing a smart thermostat. The thermostat will have to be connected to the central heating system, replacing an older thermostat model.

If your application is approved, a credit will be applied to your Enbridge Gaz bill within 30 days.
Tricks and tips
- Before purchasing your smart thermostat, make sure it is compatible with your heating / air conditioning system.
- Your request to participate must be sent to Enbridge Gaz within 30 days of the purchase of the thermostat with a supporting invoice.
