How does it work?
The items in the kit are equipped with flow limiters that help control your consumption while avoiding water waste. Use only what you need and save hot water!
Conditions
- This program is for residential customers (rate 2) whose water heaters run on natural gas.
- Kit is delivered directly to customers’ home.
- Customers are expected to install the kit within 30 days of receipt.
Tricks and tips: how to install your kit?
Make sure you have all the components
- A showerhead (handheld or fixed, depending on your preference);
- A control valve;
- Two aerators: one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom;
- Two leak detection tablets;
- Some PTFE tape (Teflon);
- And the user manual.
For the shower:
- Place the handheld or fixed showerhead in the appropriate position in the shower.
- Untangle the hose of the handheld showerhead.
For the bathroom or kitchen:
- Fit the bathroom or kitchen aerator in the correct place.
- Check that the water flows properly.
