Pre-admission process description
Enbridge Gaz Québec will confirm receipt of the pre-admission application form within 10 business days. If your pre-admission application is accepted, the amount of financial assistance corresponding to your project1, as well as the period during which the financial assistance will be guaranteed for the project (90 business days2), will be specified on the form that will be returned to you.
During the 90 business days determined by Enbridge Gaz Québec, you must submit all required participation documents for the analysis of your participation application. Please note that acceptance of a pre-admission form does not constitute confirmation that the project is eligible for the program, since to determine project eligibility, Enbridge Gaz Québec must have received all documents required under the program and have analyzed the information submitted.
If Enbridge Gaz Québec does not receive the required documents for analysis of the participation application within the 90 business days determined, the financial assistance planned for the project will no longer be available.
Please note that Enbridge Gaz Québec accepts pre-admission applications in the order in which they are received and according to budget availability. Consequently, Enbridge Gaz Québec reserves the right to refuse a pre-admission application. If your pre-admission application is refused, the reason for refusal will be indicated on the form returned to you by Enbridge Gaz Québec.
-
If the submitted project is eligible for financial assistance greater than the available budget, Enbridge Gaz Québec will reserve the maximum available amount for a period of 90 business days.
-
When the 90-business-day period extends beyond December 31 of the current year, approval of the pre-admission application is conditional on Enbridge Gaz Québec’s energy efficiency program being offered the following year.
