To complete the registration process, in a few weeks you will receive an email from Enbridge Gaz Québec providing an activation link to the Customer Centre. Only once you have completed this step will you be registered for online billing. You will receive a second email from Enbridge Gaz Québec with your username and temporary password with which to access the Customer Centre. You will have to go to the “My profile” section to change the password.
