You have several options.

Through your banking institution

Through their website or app, ATM or teller, or phone.

The name change from Gazifère to Enbridge Gaz Québec has now been completed with financial institutions*.

To ensure your payments are properly applied to your invoices, please make sure to select the provider Enbridge Gaz Québec (and not Enbridge, Enbridge Inc., or Enbridge Gas).

Given that your time is valuable, you can also subscribe to the Pre-authorized payment plan!

*If you are unable to select Enbridge Gaz Québec, and Gazifère still appears, you may choose Gazifère. Your payment will continue to be processed correctly.

Pre-authorized payment plan

Give yourself a break with the Pre-authorized payment plan (PAPP). Keep receiving your bill by mail or email, and the amount you owe will be debited from your bank account on the due date indicated!

Budget billing plan

The Budget billing plan (BBP) helps you manage your budget optimally by spreading your annual cost of natural gas consumption over 12 payments. Your monthly payments are reviewed in April and September to ensure that they reflect any variation in your consumption and in the cost of natural gas.

Credit card

Enbridge Gaz Québec no longer offers direct payment by credit card.

We invite our customers, who wish to pay their bill using this payment method, to check with their financial institution whether it accepts credit card payments for Enbridge Gaz Québec bills.*

*In this case, your financial institution will then make the payment directly to Enbridge Gaz Québec.

Conditions of Natural Gas Service and Tariff
