Please note that a $20 administrative fee applies when you open a new file.
You would like to enroll in online services through the Customer Portal? Simply use your new 20-digit account number at the top of your bill and on the payment stub.
Are you signed up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAPP)? Then remember to make the change there too. To sign up for the PAPP or to sign up again after your address change, complete the following form.
Are you enjoying the advantages of renting efficient equipment or the peace of mind that comes with our Privilège plan? You’ll be pleased to know that those services will be transferred to the new owner. Would you like to have them at your new address? Contact one of our representatives by email or by phone.
